I have been thinking more about what can be used to paint with that is interesting, then considering how well our
squashing and squeezing activity went I wanted something we could squash to paint with. This is when I thought about plastic gloves. These are great to paint with as you an put holes in the fingers! You fill the gloves with paint and water then pierce holes with a pin in the end of the gloves. The idea is that the holes are not too big otherwise the paint will just all spill out. Here's how ours went .....

Our glove paints all ready I also drew faces on them to make them more interesting |

It is really interesting to paint with these as you can also drag the gloves along the paper making very interesting patterns.
You have some really great and creative ideas - I may "borrow" a few....
ReplyDeleteBorrow away! I know that I always look for inspiration :) Hope that you visit back again soon to borrow some more.
DeleteThis is so clever. I would have never thought of something like this! And I love that the gloves have faces on them!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for joining the outdoor play party. Be sure to add the button so that we can promote your posts and help share this awesome idea!
So sorry I forgot to add the button I have added it the bottom of the blog now for some reason it does not work well on the actual post. I think it may have something to do with my technical skills though. I am really pleased that you like the idea and hope to share more with you in the future.
DeleteWhat a great idea! We recently made rubber glove people to play with, too, but never thought of filling them with paint. Very fun! Thanks for sharing at the Outdoor Play Party.
ReplyDeleteThank you the idea just came about but it was great fun as the gloves can be squeezed or dragged across the paper. Rubber glove people sound brilliant may just borrow that one if OK. Hope to link up again soon thank you.
